Madagascar amethyst 'floater'

A madagascar amethyst 'floater' crystal...going for a song on ebay, couldn't believe it. She is beautiful from all sides, terminations are perfect, the crystal is absolutely pristine....also has a couple of enhydro bubbles of ancient water inside.

I think she looks like a mini starship enterprise...i can imagine her travelling through space.

In recent years crystals have been attributed with all kinds of supernatural powers from healing, to bringing messages from other, infinitely more advanced civilisations. Whether such claims have any truth to them remains a mystery, but when i look at astonishing object that no human hand has shaped I am filled with awe....could anything so exquisite really just occur so randomly?

I could (and do!) look at her for hours wondering how and why she has arrived here, to coin a phrase, it blows my mind. Just blows my mind.
