A desert childhood

These two little girls are part of Rajuri's extended family. I watched them play while I was having supper with the family in the desert.

Lacking the expensive toys of the west didn't seem to hinder their play at all - it probably makes them more inventive and imaginative. They were certainly very absorbed in their game.
I thought these tones were very evocative of their desert surroundings.
