A great CHEF

Kalu is the chef, he specializes in Korean food as well as it has been almost the decade since we know him, from the days of the Bonanza grill where we used to take my ex....she was Korean by the way. Now he works in the Peninsula Hotel as well as occasionally he comes as well as visits the bar. He may not be the greatest chef around though he is the very great human being as well as thats what sets him detached in my opinion, he is afterall one of my fav. chefs.
