Storm over Flores - Guatemala

Following the long week of work in Corozal, Maddie as well as I hopped the Tropic Air moody to St. Elena, Guatemala to try Lake Peten Itza as well as the ruins of Tikal for multiform days. The first day there you outlayed visiting the pleasing encampment of Flores, which is the most developed town in northern Guatemala.

We were able to sinecure the internal boatsman to take us around the lake as well as as you approached Flores the fast relocating charge appeared out of the plateau which tower upon top of the lake. What held my eye in this picture was the juxtaposition of the highlighted Catholic Church, which stands upon the highest partial of the island, looming over the villagers as the dark of the charge arrives. A good vs evil thing I theory - pleasing nonetheless.

You have to see this picture upon my blog or lengthened here to do it justice....flickr just doesn't cut it upon this one.

Captured with: D700, 70-200mm @ f/13, 1/200, ISO 400, 125mm. Running full speed in the boat, perplexing to kick the assault of sleet as well as wind.
